Aged 79, Susan Sarandon is making her debut on the West End. She was stellar, as were many of the cast, however, the play itself was rather disjointed. Enjoyable elements but felt longer than its 90 minutes.

The UK premiere of Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tracy Letts’ drama starring Academy Award winner Susan Sarandon. ‘I’m not the person I am,’ Mary Page Marlowe says. This is a play which considers the layers of who we are, who we appear to be, and who we once were. Mary Page Marlowe unfolds in fragments, with five actors embodying Mary at different ages across 11 non-chronological scenes.

GIANT
New York
“I was lucky enough to see this at The Royal Court and it was unforgettable. John Lithgow transforms into a complex, curmudgeonly Roald Dahl and leaves you with your jaw on the floor by the play's end. Sophisticated in its writing, Giant is deceptively witty, haunting and timely.”
